Youth football development strategy

on the basis of grassroots football in Nghe An and Ha Tinh Province

Consulted and supported PVF Football Academy in developing and implementing the first and comprehensive grassroots football development & sponsorship program in Nghe An, Ha Tinh

Developed the “Football Development Map” in Nghe An, Ha Tinh: classifying schools according to geographical location, facilities conditions; identifying and classifying qualifications, accessibility and football development orientation in the region;

Developed training programs for physical education (P.E) teachers through evaluating, training and exchanging curriculum to local P.E teachers;

Developed sponsorship programs for Youth Football Tournaments, potential football competitions and sponsoring to upgrade local facilities.

Outcomes

Sponsored goal posts, balls for more than 40 primary and secondary schools in Nghe An, Ha Tinh to bring football as a subject in the educational system in 2019 -2020;

Sponsored Ha Tinh Youth Football Tournament (season 2019) and Nghe An Youth Football Tournament for 5 years (2019 – 2023).

World Football Legend Ryan Giggs met and worked with SLNA FC executives on the occasion of his business trip to Vietnam in 2019, when he served as Football Director of PVF Football Academy.
