MISSION
The Fund was established with the mission of recognizing, detecting, supporting, training and developing young talents for Vingroup through scholarship programs as well as sponsoring, promoting young talents projects and management trainee programs.
Outcomes (Consulting on using Vingroup’s CSR financial resources)
* Vingroup scholarships and internship opportunities, job opportunities for about 500 students from National Economics University (NEU), Foreign Trade University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
* Providing support to establish Vovinam Confederation in countries: Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines…
* Supporting the Vietnam High Quality Goods Association in completing the Integration Standards for High Quality Vietnamese goods.

in the musical project "HOPE" of young director Nguyen Phi Phi Anh, including three Broadway-style musicals:
